Our therapists perform an initial evaluation and establish an individualized Plan of Care. This plan includes treatment goals, therapeutic activities and procedures, patient education and a home program with recommendations.

• We are a locally owned, out-patient rehabilitation facility providing Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

• We treat our patients with full one-on-one hour sessions as needed.

• Our centrally located, up-to-date facilities are easily accessible.

• Neurologic disorders are our specialty.

• We accept Medicare and most private insurance. We verify coverage and obtain pre-certification.

• Home medical equipment, rehab equipment and specialty wheelchairs are readily available through our sister company.

• If you require home health initially, we offer a smooth transition with continuity of care to our outpatient setting.
